Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Conditions

• You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged and in the original box with tags.
• All returned items are inspected within five (5) business days of reaching our warehouse.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Customer Support (WhatsApp or e-mail) within the 14-day window.
2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the item and your reason for return.
3. We will schedule a pickup with our courier or advise the nearest drop-off point.
4. Once the item passes inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Methods & Timeframes

Fees & Deductions

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If you refuse delivery or cancel after dispatch, you will be charged the round-trip shipping cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Socks and opened accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped. After dispatch, the standard return procedure applies.
