We want every step you take in your new sneakers to feel right. If something isn’t perfect, our hassle-free 14-day return and exchange window has you covered. Below is a quick guide to how the process works, what it costs, and how long it takes.
1. Is your item eligible?
The product arrived within the last 14 days.
It is unused, undamaged, and in the original box with all tags and extras.
Socks and opened accessories can only be returned if defective.
2. Start your request
Send us a WhatsApp message or e-mail with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the item • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange (and the new size/model, if any)
We reply within one working day with pickup instructions or the closest drop-off point.
3. Costs you should know
Outbound shipping (to you) is non-refundable.
If you refused delivery or cancel after dispatch, you cover return shipping both ways.
Defective or wrong items? We cover all shipping costs—no questions asked.
4. What happens next?
Your package arrives at our Cairo warehouse.
Quality check takes up to 5 business days.
Refunds • Cash-on-delivery orders → cash or bank/wallet transfer (2–5 business days after approval) • Online payments (EasyKash/FawryPay) → credit back to the same account (1–2 business days)
Exchanges • If the requested size/model is in stock, we dispatch it right away. • Out-of-stock? We issue a full refund so you can pick something else later.

Inspect and try on your sneakers while the courier waits. If the fit or style isn’t right, hand them straight back—no paperwork, no fees.
